Refund policy

At Hidden Oaks Aromatherapy & Tallow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted tallow-based skincare and aromatherapy products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our natural and hygienic products, we cannot accept returns on used items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your product is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
